Hospitality Industry Technology Exposition and Conference

Flash Networks Group, Inc. was thrilled to participate in the HiTec Conference 2024, where Tami Wilson met with existing and new connections and leaders in the telecommunications industry. Located in the heart of Charlotte, North Carolina, HiTec gives attendees access to the latest hospitality technology and resources. The theme of the conference focused on hospitality innovations aimed at enhancing guest experience and improving operational efficiency for employees. It provided a platform for us to discuss technological advancements in hotel management and guest enjoyment.

Our CEO, Tami Wilson, spent the days engaging with companies and individuals for new and emerging technologies in hospitality. At Flash, we bridge the technological divide between people to provide engaging solutions in the hospitality technology market. We spoke to attendees in need of ideas and solutions to their current issues. When asked what the most important part of the HiTech conference was, Wilson replied, “We are product agnostic. We are there as a trusted partner with the customer. We want to understand their problems and to listen to how we can help.”

Flash Networks Group is no stranger to the hospitality industry. Just recently, we finished designing and installing the network at Fontainebleau Las Vegas. However, to provide the best services to our customers, we strive to stay on top of our game. In Tami’s words, “We are an interoperability engineering firm. We stay on top of product delivery for customer experience, no matter the project.”

Our attendance at the HiTec Conference 2024 was a fulfilling, collaborative experience that enriched our understanding of the latest trends and innovations in hospitality technology and allowed us to strengthen our bonds within the industry. As we integrate these insights into our strategies, we can elevate our services and drive growth in the telecommunications and hospitality industries.
